Sauvignon Blanc produces dry, zesty white wines that are quickly recognizable and ready to drink almost immediately after the harvest. The nose is sharp and piercing and reminds tasters of freshly cut grass, asparagus, gooseberries, herbs and sometimes flint. Crisp and fresh, cutting through the richness of oily or buttery dishes, stands up to many salads and goes well with all fish dishes and is especially good with the more delicately flavored meals.

Our Menu suggestions: Beef Carpaccio, Oysters, Avo Shrimp, Kingklip Fillet, Chicken Schnitzel, Rosemary & Garlic Chicken, Baby Spatchcock, Calamari Tubes & Shellfish.
