Platter Review: 4.5 * (93 Points)
The Pinot Noir from Driehoek Wines, delivers a beautifully aromatic offering. The fruit is open on entry, revealing bright notes of cherry and raspberry that dominate the nose and palate. The palate is generous and smooth, leading to an extended finish. This Pinot Noir can be enjoyed now but shows an appealing aging potential of 3-5 years that will encourage the wine to achieve an elevated expression of character.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with mushroom dishes, crispy duck or risotto
